You may also write to the PACER Service Center at: PACER Service Center Community defender organizations and private attorneys appointed under the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) who perform work, pursuant to such appointment, are exempt from fees for electronic public access services. Community defender organizations and CJA Panel lawyers appointed under the Criminal Justice Act can request an exempt login and password for use in connection with CJA appointments by contacting the PACER Service Center at the phone number or address listed above or via email at pacer@psc.uscourts.gov. |
